Bienvenidos a patrimonio de Fuente de Soda La Gallina 1930s - 1977 la cual fue establecida en la primera galería Comercial de Santiago, Merced 860 Santiago Chile (histórica Casa Colorada) y de una familia con historia desde el periodo pre colonial hasta su emigracion a EE.UU a fines del siglo XX

Welcome to LaGallina Info.  Our mission is to collect the stories and legends of a family-owned fast-food restaurant that operated from the 1930s until 1977 in a historic Chilean location, which was once home to the first government during the country's fight for independence from Spain in 1810. We also gather memories from a family whose history dates back to pre-colonial times, chronicling their journey in the United States throughout the latter half of the 20th century.
